Isabel Franco was the first Brazilian appointed as a monitor by the US Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission for a Brazilian company under a Plea Agreement. She has been recognized by the Global Investigations Review as one of the 'One Hundred Women in Investigation' and is ranked as a Foreign Expert for the USA by Chambers & Partners Global.

Isabel Franco has been actively involved in various professional organizations.
