Eight years abroad study in U.K. and H.K., and about 10 years IT & business experiences. Master degree of computer science from the University of Hong Kong. Have been working in British Telecom as delivery manager and office director of Dalian center. Have experience to manage an international team from various countries, including the teams from Infosys and Tech Mahindra, India. In the recent four years, working in a Beijing Internet company as product manager. Leading the team to design and produce two mobile games and a social platform. And also in charge of the operation of this social platform. During eight years’ overseas studies, have gained strong learning and communication skills. During the work in B.T., enhanced the ability of agile development. Had repeatedly been sent to U.K. to work and training, made me to have more understanding of the importance of team working. Internet Co.’s experience further enhances product design, product operation, activity planning and execution skills, and other aspects of the ability.
