Mandy Chow serves as a Senior UX/UI Designer, Product at FigBytes Inc. since 2022. In her role, she collaborates with both in-house and offshore development teams to create and enhance platform features. She actively participates in the development process by creating feature roadmaps, user story maps, personas, flowcharts, and wireframes in conjunction with product managers and business analysts. Additionally, she leads interviews and focus groups with existing and potential clients to assess user interest and validate software solutions.

Previous Experience in UX/UI Design

Prior to her current position at FigBytes, Mandy Chow worked as a UX/UI Designer in various capacities. She was employed at SNC-Lavalin from 2021 to 2022, focusing on digital innovation. Before that, she held the role of UX/UI Designer at UUUM in Tokyo, Japan, from 2018 to 2021. Her experience also includes working as a Web Designer at PTMIND and as a Web Communications Coordinator at the University of Toronto, where she contributed to digital marketing efforts.

Education and Expertise

Mandy Chow earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in New Media Studies and Studio Art from the University of Toronto, completing her studies from 2009 to 2013. She also studied New Media Design at Centennial College for one year in 2012.
