Education and Certifications

John Phelan has a strong educational background in computer science and education. He earned a BSc in Computer Science (Honours) from University College Dublin from 1999 to 2003. He also completed a PGCE in Primary Education at the University of East London from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, he studied at Sun Microsystems, where he achieved the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification in 2006.
