Orlaith Doyle has a strong educational background in finance and accounting. She studied at Trinity College Dublin, where she earned a BBS+Lang in Business and German from 1992 to 1997. She furthered her studies at Chartered Accountants Ireland, achieving the FCA designation as a Chartered Accountant from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, she completed a Diploma in IFRS at Chartered Accountants Ireland from 2019 to 2020.

Prior to her tenure at CRH, Orlaith Doyle worked as a Senior Auditor at Mazars in Dublin from 1997 to 2002. In this role, she gained valuable experience in auditing practices and financial assessments, which laid the foundation for her subsequent positions in financial management and internal auditing.
