Prior to this position, he served as the Talent Management Strategy & Chief of Staff for Global Talent Management at Cigna from 2014 to 2020. Academic Background and Education
Dr. Rindell has an extensive educational background. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Advertising from the University of Hartford from 1996 to 2000. He then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of New Haven from 2004 to 2007. Furthering his education, he achieved a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) with an emphasis on Healthcare Management and Leadership from California Intercontinental University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, he obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Management from St. Thomas University from 2014 to 2018.
Teaching Experience
Dr. Rindell has significant teaching experience in higher education. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Champlain College in the Masters in Executive Leadership and MBA Programs since 2015. He also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Three Rivers Community College from 2005 to 2018. Furthermore, he was an Adjunct Instructor for the Part-time MBA Program at the University of Connecticut for a brief period in 2013. His teaching roles highlight his commitment to education and leadership development.
Career Development at Pfizer
Dr. Rindell held various positions at Pfizer from 2001 to 2013. He began his career at Pfizer as a member of the Pfizer Sales Division and progressed to roles such as Global Project Manager and Global BU/North America Regional Learning Manager. His experience in training and development led him to serve as the Training & Development Lead for the Pfizer Psychiatry Sales Division.
