He served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division from 1999 to 2004, focusing on trial proceedings. He then transitioned to the Investigation Division, where he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Frauds Bureau from 2004 to 2009. Following this, he became Senior Investigative Counsel in the Major Economic Crimes Bureau from 2009 to 2015, where he handled complex economic crime cases.

Education and Expertise

Elson Ho earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University, where he studied from 1989 to 1993. He later attended the University of Maryland School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from 1996 to 1999. His educational background provides a strong foundation in both legal principles and political frameworks, contributing to his expertise in enforcement and regulatory matters.
