Justin Good serves as the Lead Product Manager for Member Supervision Technology at FINRA, a position he has held since 2022. In this role, he has contributed to the development and enhancement of technology solutions that support member supervision. He has played a key role in identifying functionality gaps in the Exam Workspace and has facilitated the decommissioning of a legacy system. Additionally, he has led efforts to implement Clickstream, an in-house tool designed to capture user interactions within the Exam Workspace User Interface. His work includes conducting experiments to test new functionalities in support of the Exam Workspace redesign.

Before joining FINRA, Justin Good worked at Total Wine & More, where he held several positions including Product Manager and Senior Product Manager for Personalization. Prior to that, he was employed at FIA, Inc. from 2015 to 2017 as a Product Manager and from 2008 to 2015 in various roles including Senior Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager.
