I serve as an industry expert and strategic account advisor for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) at Salesforce as part of Business Value Services (BVS). My team builds compelling business cases for digital transformation, working alongside clients to quantify Salesforce’s impact to their bottom line. Previously, I was a Director of Strategic Initiatives and GM of International at Spring Health - a $2bn B2B2C precision mental health company offering behavioral health solutions for employees and their families. I led the team that took Spring's mental health benefit to 20 countries and counting and drove long range planning for the Global business line. In 2020, I was on the leadership team at Detect, a DTC diagnostics medtech startup, where my team curated DTC and Enterprise GTM strategies for our home Covid-19 test. As the first Head of Business Development & Partnerships, I defined our partner strategy and brokered agreements with labs, telehealth partners, and tech-enablement platforms. Before entering the tech & startup scene, I was a Consultant & Investment Banker (7+ years of strategic & financial advisory in the healthcare space, and 50+ companies from growth-stage startups to Fortune 500s advised).
