I operate in the cross-section of building winning GTM teams and resilient leaders. At Cocoon, we're building the future of Leave Management by using technology to replace painful, manual and antiquated processes both for People teams, and people taking leaves. I’m also passionate about helping leaders increase their self-awareness, and managed their energy better. This is why I founded Kindling, a coaching and leadership development program for leaders in the B2B SaaS space. Prior to joining Cocoon and finding Kindling, I’ve had the honor to be part of building and leading successful pre- and post-sales teams in B2B SaaS space. I've done this across self-serve, sales assist and outbound sales motions; between Series A to post-IPO stages. Some highlights here: - Building Sales and CS teams at Airbase from founding revenue team members to full scale, while 6x:ing their revenue from single-digit into double digits (going from Series A to late-B) - 3X:ing the HelloSign (Series B acquisition by Dropbox) revenue in 1 year, building out the Sales and CS teams, and leading the Revenue team through post-acquisition - Most successful sales leader for 7 years at Dropbox globally, record of hitting quota 27 quarters in a row - Early career at American Express and Google in Account Management roles However, the biggest learning points in my life have come through learning to understand my own consciousness better, learn how to be with and communicate feelings, practice the art of slowing down, and discover the value of community and connection in reaching peak aliveness.
