Adam was a member of the Under-17 and Under-18 U.S. Youth National Soccer teams. During his youth soccer career, he was named a McDonald’s and Parade All-American. He was team captain of Loyola Marymount University’s NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Program and later played professional soccer with the San Jose Earthquakes in Major League Soccer.

Adam specializes in defending employers in wage-and-hour class and representative action lawsuits, as well as single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination lawsuits. He handles trade secret and employee defection/restrictive covenant matters and provides day-to-day preventative advice on wage-and-hour compliance, complex termination and leave of absence issues, and workplace misconduct investigations.
