Skilled at leading innovation to build towards the delivery of the most comprehensive and market leading Collaboration products to date. I have worked in all facets of the industry experiencing success in each (from end customer engineer, Disti/channel, Product Management, Sales Strategy, Sales Engineering). I have a vast understanding of distribution/channel/partner/sales/marketing. I created the Cisco Collaboration ecosystem strategy from scratch for how the business units partnered with the most innovative companies in the world. I led and created the WW Center of Excellence organization where all of the 'best of the best' engineering talent across video devices, cloud calling and platform dev was placed to support our field in the most complex/competitive situations with our largest customers. I also built a first of its kind software engineering team within the sales organization to build rapid prototypes and 'the art of the possible' directly with customer requirements to benefit a pre-sales process. My organization is typically in over half a billion dollars of active opportunity globally at any point in time. I have a data led mentality and have taken completely independent teams where nothing was tracked and combined them into a single well oiled machine where requests, activity, and results were all measured.
