By 2010, Josh was involved in installing Rainsoft products, quickly becoming a benchmark of excellence for his peers. In 2011, he was promoted to a management position, where he successfully oversaw more than 20 employees. His managerial skills and dedication eventually earned him the opportunity to interview for the position of Director of Operations in late 2021, a role he was awarded in recognition of his exceptional abilities.
