Project management of several products from conception thru production. Six Sigma Green belt, Yellow belt, and Black belt trained. Managed teams of engineers, responsible for schedules and budgets. Specialist in industrial process communications, specifically in HART and Foundation Fieldbus protocols. Working with Fieldcomm Inc have certified several different products. Worked with electronic component and board suppliers to develop and produce proto boards and production quality boards running embedded software. These were developed for the comercial/industrial process oriented industries. Processes requiring PID process control and like control systems. Developed control algorithms for several aircraft for moving flight control surfaces like spoilers, elevators, rudders, and aerlerons. Developed algorithms and code for a 3 axis helicopter simulator used for training new pilots. Real-time embedded programming in C, Ada, PASCAL, DSP, C++ and various assemblers on PCS, VAX, Harris, and SGI running DOS, Windows, VMS and UNIX respectively, various Point Of Sale(POS) devices, various smart cards and card OS. Familiar with PKI, digital Certificates, HDML and WML for wireless internet access devices. Have worked with 1679, 2167, DO178B, CMMI, and ISO 9001 standards. Volunteer work with the Boy Scouts as a scout committee member. Volunteer with the local CERT group through the HAM radio club. President of the Herriman Amateur Radio Club for two years. Participates in emergency drills and events. Coach for FIRST Lego League 2015 (trash trek) and 2016 (Animal Alies). HAM Radio operator(extra class, WB7F); Licensed private pilot; Certified scuba diver; Eagle scout. Love to go 4 wheeling, snowmobilling, camping, shooting, golfing, and other activities that get me in the outdoors.
