He also served as an elected member of the Industry Leaders Council of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Furthermore, Goodwin led FM Global’s collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, FEMA, and other agencies to address concerns about aging levees and support policy changes regarding levee risk.
