Having worked in compensation, learning and development, HR business partnership, and as an HR executive, Rachel's well rounded background allows her to serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees. Rachel's interest in leadership began when she helped to start and then expand a Jewish interest sorority, Sigma AEPi. The sorority is now national and has changed the lives of hundreds of women across the U.S.
