Dr. Milena Stojkovic has been an integral part of Foster + Partners since 2012. She initially served as an Architect for four years before transitioning to the role of Associate and Senior Environmental Analyst - Architect from 2016 to 2018. Currently, she holds the position of Associate Partner, Senior Environmental Analyst - Architect, a role she has occupied since 2018. In this capacity, she leads environmental design initiatives and plays a key role in promoting sustainable practices within architectural projects.

Dr. Milena Stojkovic has a robust educational background in architecture and environmental design. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Architecture from 2003 to 2006. She furthered her studies with a Master of Architecture (MArch) at the same institution from 2006 to 2008. Dr. Stojkovic also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Design/Architecture from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, she completed a Master of Architecture (MArch) in Sustainable Environmental Design at the Architectural Association, London, from 2008 to 2010, and received the RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture from 2013 to 2014.

Dr. Milena Stojkovic began her career in architecture as an Architectural Assistant at Lewis & Hickey Ltd from 2010 to 2011. She then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, from 2007 to 2008.
