Anderson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Projetos e Processos from IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação, completed from 2020 to 2021. He also earned a Licenciado in Pedagogia from Universidade Federal do Amazonas, studying from 1993 to 2017. Additionally, he completed a Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu in Antropologia e Desenvolvimento Cognitivo at Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2011 to 2014.
