My experience lies at the intersection of strategy, marketing and analytics, with particular emphasis on revenue focused initiatives. I have significant strategy experience in market entry (evaluating market fit, financial feasibility) and developing scalable operational processes. This includes creating operating models for various business models, as well as creating go-to-market strategy, efficiency and industry best practices to create a more cohesive and responsive revenue organization.
