He also held the position of Professor de Pós-Graduação at Fundação Instituto de Administração from 2008 to 2009. He studied Psicologia Positiva and achieved a Mestre em Psicologia Social e do Trabalho from Universidade de São Paulo / USP, a journey that spanned from 2007 to 2020.
