He also has experience as a Partner at Mineral Trust and Clearing Corporation from 2004 to 2019. Additionally, he held the position of Consultant at FranklinCovey between 2001 and 2009. Randy founded Visalign, LLC in 1990 and led it as CEO until 2001. Visalign was a successful Microsoft Platinum partner and won the Global Partner of the Year award.
