About Christy Anderson
Christy is General Counsel at Fruition. Prior to joining Fruition, she was a member of Bryan Cave's Litigation and Intellectual Property Client Service Groups. During her 12 years as a litigator, Christy represented Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, energy companies, and individuals. She handled a wide variety of commercial litigation cases including complex contract and business tort disputes. Christy’s intellectual property litigation experience includes copyright, non-compete and trade secret cases. Christy has significant experience in all phases of litigation, from responding to complaints through trial. She has managed discovery, including document productions, in both small and complex cases, and has extensive motions practice experience. Her trial experience ranges from first-chairing several evidentiary and other substantive hearings to second-chairing a week-long jury trial and multiple bench trials. Christy has also successfully briefed appellate matters before the Tenth Circuit and the Colorado Court of Appeals. During her career, Christy has devoted significant time to pro bono representation of low-income clients. At her former firm, she co-led the firm's Jefferson County Post-Decree Clinic, which provides assistance to low-income clients with family law issues. Prior to joining Bryan Cave (previously Holme Roberts & Owen), Christy practiced with the firm of Faegre & Benson. She clerked for the Honorable James P. Jones in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Virginia, from 2002-2003.
