Her earlier career includes a role as a Senior Executive in Events Marketing at One Faber Group from 2013 to 2018, where she focused on marketing events. Additionally, she worked at Sentosa Development Corporation as a Leisure Sales and International Marketing Executive for one year from 2009 to 2010. This diverse experience has contributed to her expertise in event planning and member relations.

Jaslyn Toh studied Tourism Management at Temasek Polytechnic from 2002 to 2005, earning a diploma in the field. She furthered her education at Griffith University, where she studied Marketing, Management, and Business, achieving a Bachelor's degree in 2007.
