Arielle Coambes serves as the Head of UX Research at FullStory since 2022. In this role, she translates high-level company strategy into measurable outcomes focused on user activation and engagement. She has created job descriptions for various levels within the UX research department and developed competency and leveling documentation. Additionally, she enables cross-functional partners' access to end users by onboarding and leveraging vendor tools such as UserTesting and Qualtrics. Coambes also consults on experimentation best practices for a newly-forming Growth team.

Before that, she served as a Senior UX Researcher from 2017 to 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, she was the Growth Insights Lead from 2018 to 2019, where she contributed to user experience research and insights that informed product development.

Arielle Coambes completed her Master's in Human-Computer Interaction with an emphasis in Industrial Design at Georgia Institute of Technology. She also holds an Honors B.A. in Writing & Linguistics from Georgia Southern University, where she studied Technical and Professional Communication with a Management Minor.
