Prior to that, he served as a Corporate Intellectual Property & Technology Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2001 to 2004, and as a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney at Clifford Chance LLP from 2004 to 2009. He also worked as a Technology and M&A Investment Banker at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. from 2011 to 2013.
