About Michael Sims
For most of my career I worked for the sales training team at British Gas, personally inducting/training over 3000 staff members. I was also responsible for the sales teams national sales audit. At British Gas I also worked as a Quality Assurance Manager and a short time in direct sales. I have also worked in the care industry as a domiciliary career. I enjoy working with people & can confidently work alone or as part of a team. I enjoy learning & seeing others grow/learn through the training I create/deliver.
