Additionally, she was the Senior Brand Manager for Yoplait UK from 2014 to 2016.

Aditi Hilgers worked at Mondelēz International in several capacities, beginning as a Graduate Management Trainee in Marketing from 2009 to 2011. She then became the Assistant Brand Manager for Belvita Breakfast Biscuits from 2011 to 2013, and subsequently served as the Brand Manager for Philadelphia Cheese from 2013 to 2014.

Aditi Hilgers holds an MSc in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, completed between 2007 and 2008. She also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, she completed her Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce and Math at HR College of Commerce and Economics from 2002 to 2004.
Early Career and Internships
Hilgers has an extensive background in marketing internships. She gained initial experience at JWT and Hindustan Unilever Limited in 2003 and 2004, respectively. She also interned at Ogilvy & Mather, Q Market Research, UTV, and other organizations, honing her market research and marketing skills before starting her full-time career.
