Jonathan first joined General Mills as a Quality & Regulatory Operations Manager for the UK & Ireland, a position he maintained from 1996 to 2006.

Jonathan Minchin pursued higher education at the University of Reading, where he studied Food Technology and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from 1992 to 1996.
