Ana Luisa Alfaro has been working at Gensler since 2011, holding various positions over the years. Currently, she serves as the Studio Director and Senior Associate, as well as the Urban Design and Strategies Leader, a role she has occupied since 2018 in San Francisco, California. In her current position, she leads a team of designers focusing on Mixed Use, Commercial Office Building, Urban Planning, Health & Wellness, and Government projects. Prior to her current role, she was the Regional Design Manager Leader for Latin America from 2015 to 2018 and served as Design Manager and Senior Associate from 2011 to 2015.

She furthered her education in Project Management at Universidad Para La Cooperación Internacional from 2008 to 2009.
