About Andrew Ting
I lead the legal, compliance, and government affairs teams for Panorama Education, which supports positive outcomes for more than 15 million students. Over my career, I have provided legal and strategic advice in the technology, financial services, and venture capital industries, with a focus on corporate governance, capital markets, M&A transactions, private equity, public company securities law, and policy advocacy. I am also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and George Washington University Law School, where I teach startup law, business planning, intellectual property, and financing transactions. I also advise and invest in startup companies, leveraging my expertise and network to help entrepreneurs grow and succeed. I love building companies and high-performing teams. I also love challenging and growing people as a friend, a business leader, and a teacher.
