About Bhaskar Kotakonda
I am a graduate student at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta campus pursuing a dual degree in Computer Science and Management. During the course of my Masters in Computer Science, I trained in the foundational knowledge for the 21st century specialising in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The Management coursework and peer based learning at Scheller have equipped me with the knowledge and frameworks to understand and tackle the business complexities of our rapidly evolving corporate world. Prior to being a graduate student, I have had 4 years of professional experience working as a full stack developer in developing large scale enterprise software and as a product manager in consumer applications at Samsung and Enphase Energy respectively. My product management internship at Hewlett Packard Enterprise helped me explore the real world complexities of leading teams and organisations, specifically while developing the platform search experience for HPE's $1B ARR flagship product, Greenlake Platform. I consider myself a problem solver and ambiguity resolver first and foremost, whether purely technical or business related, whether in strategy or day to day fire fighting. My biggest strength is my sense of ownership and the purpose-driven personality that I strive to bring to my everyday tasks and responsibilities.
