A.J. Frey is a partner of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's Investment Funds practice group. Mr. Frey’s practice focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a variety of fund strategies, including private equity, growth equity, venture capital, credit and real asset funds. He has extensive experience representing the sponsors of these funds, as well as institutional investors, seed investors, family offices, placement agents and joint venture partners.
