Select representative transactions include: - Represented real estate equity fund in connection with its origination and subsequent securitization of a $126M mortgage loan and a $56M mezzanine loan secured by multiple fee and ground leased parcels comprising a mixed-use office and retail center in Georgia - Represented pension fund in connection with its co-origination of a $150M fixed rate mortgage loan secured by a commercial development site in New Jersey - Represented pension fund in connection with its purchase of a $240M mezzanine loan secured by the equity interests in the owner of a major beachfront hotel in Florida - Represented real estate equity fund in connection with its origination of a $57M construction loan, the proceeds of which were used to fund the construction of, and improvements to, five multi-family apartment buildings in New York - Represented investment bank in connection with a deed-in-lieu and subsequent sale of two hotels in Oregon - Represented real estate investment company in connection with the conversion of a mezzanine loan to a $23M equity investment in the owner of a condominium project in New York
