Chantel is a policy, law enforcement, and resiliency professional with over 15 years of experience in the federal and private sector. She is a respected Subject Matter Expert and a champion of increasing the private-public sector partnership to protect our nation’s critical infrastructures. Currently, she is the Associate Director of Crisis Management for Gilead Sciences and the Founder of Logic Crisis Management & Security Consultants, LLC. Throughout her career, she continues to pave the way for more women to be at the forefront of Security; while pivoting the cultural dynamic towards diversity & inclusivity. Chantel earned a Master’s degree from Norwich University with a concentration in International Terrorism. She is a fervent fan of rugby and a member of the U.S. Women’s Rugby Foundation. As a previous collegiate coach and Division II athlete, she is an advocate of promoting women's rugby as an emerging NCAA sport to continue to foster imperative leadership skills in young women. Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Chantel is no stranger to hard work, community leadership, supporting local businesses, grassroots, and spearheading tangible solutions that drive results.
