About Deborah Goldstein

I have been honored to work with motivated professionals since 2009 as an executive coach and workshop facilitator with customized live and virtual programming. I am certified in Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ®), Accelerating Coach Excellence (A.C.E.) and Diversity Coaching (through CDI and Howard University). It’s my personal mission to support professionals in realizing their greatest career and personal potential. I work one-on-one with clients and partner with organizations to build cultures of trust, alleviate workplace stress, and empower teams and individuals to optimize their productivity. I believe that true potential can be realized when aspirations are aligned with values, and intentional practices are employed continuously. My coaching is built on a foundation of neuroscience, which is fundamental to emotional and mental energy. My role is to act as a proverbial guardrail and thought partner, helping clients stay on course yet remain flexible enough to pivot, thereby maintaining resilience and resolve. My coaching focuses on creating DEI cultures of psychological safety and “Intentional Productivity”, holistically motivating professionals to lead richer lives. Leveraging my Diversity Coaching training, I work with women and members of the BIPOC community on moving into their authentic power. DRIVEN's GRACE In The Workplace™ coaching and group programs empower inspired professionals to create self-leadership protocols, transforming them into effective and respected leaders. I am a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council and frequently contribute to the women’s lifestyle website The Three Tomatoes, with my writing partner. I am a GLG Council Member, am an active member of the C-IQ European Collective, chair five network masterminds and am responsible for monthly meetings of The Donors’ Forum. I am a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Management.
