She also earned a Master of Labour Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Colombo in 2018. Aeshwarya Wijesinghe has experience as a visiting lecturer at various institutions. She taught English and Business Communication at the University of Moratuwa from 2011 to 2012 and Business English at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, she served as a visiting lecturer in Human Resource Management and IELTS at ICBT Campus and ESOFT International Campus in 2021 and 2022.
