Whitney Sims currently serves as the Chief of Party for the Yemen Communities Stronger Together (YCST) program at Global Communities. In this role, she has been responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership to ensure the program aligns with USAID goals. Since 2020, she has overseen the program's financial management and procurement systems, ensuring compliance with USAID regulations. Additionally, she implements security protocols and leads security-related issues in coordination with the Yemen Country Director.
