Emmanuel Marfo serves as the Founding Curator for the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Sunyani Hub. Emmanuel Marfo has a diverse educational background. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Wits Business School between 2020 and 2022. He also holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Development Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, completed from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, he achieved a Mini-MBA in Strategic Management from Accra Business School in 2018 and an Associate's degree in Business Management and Administration from the Institute of Commercial Management in 2009.

Achievements
Emmanuel Marfo co-founded four Strategic SDG Innovation Labs that collaborate with over 2000 grassroots social enterprises and 50 global communities. He developed the SDG Innovation Fund through GADeF International, which supports grassroots social enterprises and change makers. Additionally, he acts as an Ambassador for UNLEASH.org in Africa, promoting sustainable development goals and contributing to youth development through advisory roles.

Emmanuel Marfo has held various roles in organizations focused on social impact and development. He has worked as the Global Lead for GivingTuesday in Ghana and has served as the Co-founder and Director for Africa at Phinklife Institute for Social Impact.
