Archer has a diverse professional background spanning over two decades. She worked at the U.S. Department of Education as an Educational Consultant and Program Facilitator for 17 years. She also held various roles at Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, including National Director and Membership Director. Her media experience includes positions at BET Networks, CBS Television Distribution, and NBCUniversal Media, where she contributed to notable productions. Archer was also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Archer aDroit LLC from 2019 to 2021.
