Natasha O'dell Archer serves as the Senior Vice President of Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Golin since 2021. In this role, she has led initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within the organization. She created a comprehensive 18-month DEI global strategic plan that includes recruitment, education, employee engagement, client support, and measurement. Archer developed a mandatory DEI curriculum for all Golin Group employees, which consists of eight intensive training hours. She also launched the first global Employee Resource Groups at Golin, including BLK@Golin, Cafecito Time, API Unite, Go All Out, and Mothers in the Workplace. Additionally, she scouted and hired the DEI lead for Golin's diversity operations in the U.K.

Natasha O'dell Archer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies, with a minor in Dance Education, from New York University, where she graduated cum laude. Archer has a diverse professional background spanning over two decades. She worked at the U.S. Department of Education as an Educational Consultant and Program Facilitator for 17 years. She also held various roles at Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, including National Director and Membership Director. Her media experience includes positions at BET Networks, CBS Television Distribution, and NBCUniversal Media, where she contributed to notable productions. Archer was also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Archer aDroit LLC from 2019 to 2021.
