Background
Before his current role, Allen Alexandre accumulated diverse experience in various capacities within the Government of Canada. He worked as a Senior Issues Manager for Public Safety Canada, where he engaged with the Minister of Public Safety from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, he served as an Advisor and Minister's Liaison to the Cross-Cultural Roundtable on National Security during the same period. His early career included teaching English and French as a Second Language at Fast Forward French Inc from 2010 to 2012.

Throughout his career, Allen Alexandre has developed and implemented strategies to engage Senators, Members of Parliament, and stakeholders, particularly focusing on the Youth, BIPOC, and LGBTQ2 communities.
