He also pursued studies at the American Council on Exercise, where he earned the ACE Personal Trainer Certification in 2017. Additionally, he is recognized as an ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and has experience as a martial arts practitioner and teacher.

In 2017, Darin Hayduk developed the overall strategic framework for workforce development initiatives at the DND PG CMO.
