Filomena Tassi has been actively involved in community initiatives. She co-founded the D.R.E.A.M.S. program in 2000, which has supported housing projects in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, she established the Catholic Leadership Interdisciplinary Program (CLIP) in 2010, focusing on mission work and exchanges with Indigenous communities.
