She was a Master Facilitator for the Adaptive Rowing Instructor Course at Rowing Canada Aviron from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, she worked as a Project Coordinator for Right To Play in Kibuye, Rwanda, from 2003 to 2004, where she focused on community development through sports.
