Prior to her current position, Nancy D'agostino held several roles within the Government of Canada. She worked as the Director of Governmental Affairs and ITB at Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions from 2017 to 2020. Before that, she served as the Assistant Director of Policy and Knowledge Development at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, she worked as an Analyste in Affaires parlementaires for one year in 2010.

Nancy D'agostino holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from both the University of Ottawa and Université de Montréal. Her educational background in law provides her with a strong foundation for her roles in government, particularly in areas related to policy development and legal affairs.
