She worked at PwC as an HR Manager from 2005 to 2013, where she spent eight years in Bristol and the South West. Prior to that, she was a Recruitment Manager at the Audit Commission for two years from 1999 to 2001. Tamsyn also served as a People and Culture Manager at Consumer Intelligence for one year in 2018 to 2019, and as an HR Business Partner at IOP Publishing from 2013 to 2018. Her earlier experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Manager at Zurich Life from 2001 to 2003.
Education and Expertise
Tamsyn Cole holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of the West of England, which she completed from 2010 to 2013. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Portsmouth, studying there from 1990 to 1994. Her educational background supports her expertise in human resources, management development, and coaching.
