Prior to her current position, Dominique Martineau worked at Groupe Clarins for nearly a decade. She held multiple roles, including Formulatrice produits corps et dérivés parfumés from 2002 to 2004, Responsable formulation et sélection matières premières from 2011 to 2012, and Responsable prospective from 2004 to 2011. During her time at Clarins, she also served as Coordinatrice du développement de la marque Kibio from 2007 to 2009, where she contributed to brand development initiatives.

Dominique Martineau has a strong educational foundation in chemistry and management. She studied at IPIL, where she achieved a Master Ingenierie de la Santé in 2011. Since 2020, she has been studying at CECODEV, working towards becoming an animateur de co-développement.

Since 2010, Dominique Martineau has facilitated the transformation of research and development teams through the application of her facilitation skills. She served as Facilitatrice pour la R&D at Groupe Rocher from 2015 to 2021, where she managed logistics, stock management, and maintenance of demineralized water for the research center. Her role involved enhancing team dynamics and improving collaborative processes within the R&D environment.
