Work at Groupe Rocher
Sebastien Jagoury has been with Groupe Rocher since 2003. He initially served as Responsable Logistique from 2003 to 2010, where he worked for seven years in La Gacilly. In 2010, he transitioned to the role of Responsable Excellence Opérationnelle, a position he has held for 14 years. In this role, he oversees distribution sites in France and manages the supply chain and transportation across Europe and globally. He is also part of the executive committee, where he contributes to the development of strategic vision and training for the management team.
Education and Expertise
Sebastien Jagoury studied at INSA de Rennes, where he focused on Lean 6 Sigma and achieved a Black Belt in 2014. He also completed a MASTERE in Excellence Opérationnelle at the same institution during the same period. Prior to that, he studied at C.E.S.I de St Nazaire, earning an Ingénieur degree in Généraliste from 2001 to 2003. His educational background supports his expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
Achievements in Continuous Improvement
Sebastien Jagoury created and developed a continuous improvement hub at a distribution site that handles 10 million orders annually with a workforce of 350 employees. He has deployed the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach within distribution units, collaborating with the consulting firm Effeso. Additionally, he supervises a team that includes one Black Belt and two Green Belts, focusing on cost reduction and digital growth.
Project Management and Strategy Deployment
In his current role, Sebastien Jagoury facilitates the deployment of strategy into operational action plans and ensures that process control systems are established. He has implemented a transformation project involving ERP SAP R3 in a B to C order preparation center. His hands-on approach to problem-solving allows him to engage directly with team members on the ground, enhancing operational efficiency.
