Stephan Schmid has held various positions in notable companies throughout his career. He worked at Bucher Industries AG as a Project Engineer from 1987 to 1990. He then transitioned to Avnet Silica as a Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2000. Following this, he served as Associate Director and Head of Business Performance Services at KPMG Switzerland from 2000 to 2007. Prior to his current role at Migros, he was a Senior Project Engineer at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund from 1990 to 1998.
