I am a hands-on team player and leader, as comfortable driving routine proofs of concept transactions as I am highly strategic, complex technology procurement, sales, IP licensing and business development matters. I am energized by being part of tech leadership teams responsible for setting strategic direction, managing organizational change, evaluating business cases and driving business performance. I have supported new XaaS product launches, advised on a wide range of go-to-market strategies, including global distribution, have considerable experience with supporting marketing teams with digital, lead generation and social strategies and execution, and a practical understanding of key compliance areas, including preventing bribery, GDPR, CCPA, and information security laws and breach incident notification requirements. I am passionate about accountability, continuous improvement and high-value client service, developing employees to take ownership of their careers and prepare to take on new challenges, and supporting client teams driving revenue growth and culture change.
