Prior to her current position, she worked as the Associate Director for the BCA Primary Brand Team at GTB from 2008 to 2014.

This diverse background has provided her with a solid foundation in account management and client relations.

Kristyn Ayres has managed several significant initiatives during her career. Notably, she led Ford's most successful sweepstakes program, the NFL Toughest Ticket sweepstakes, which allowed fans to win a custom Ford F-150 and a trip to the Super Bowl. She also played a key role in Ford's Super Bowl activations, including the company's first-ever sponsorship at Super Bowl LI. Additionally, she developed and managed programs such as Built Ford Tough GoodWorks and Behind the Ride.
